HOURS OF OPERATION

By Appointment Only 

Please email to book your appointment a MINIMUM of 6 weeks in advance

PLEASE NOTE: Wedding Photography is booked 7 days per week, 3-12 months in advance.

Photography Session Policies & Procedures​

  • Please email to book your appointment a MINIMUM of 6 weeks in advance

  • Payment for photography sessions is due 2 weeks prior to your scheduled appointment. 

  • Sessions will be taken in one of EMbrace Photography's preferred outdoor locations.  

  • EMbrace photography does not have a studio! 

  • Photo Shoots in one of EMbrace's preferred locations are free of charge.  Additional locations will be subject to a trip charge.

  • Photos will be returned to clients ~2-3 weeks post session.  Wedding photos will be returned ~6-8 weeks post wedding.

  • EMbrace Photography will own the copyright to all images taken in your photography session.

  • EMbrace Photography reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

 

CANCELLATION & RE-SCHEDULING POLICY: EMbrace aims to provide clients with the highest quality of service.  Your appointment is set aside especially for you.  If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, please give a minimum 48-hour notice so that other potential clients may have access to that time.  Should you fail to do so more than once, you may be liable for the payment of the scheduled appointment.  Thank you!

 

If you are more than 20 mintues late for your session, you may risk forfeiting your session and/or any refunds.

CLOSURES & HOLIDAYS

EMbrace will be closed during the following holidays and dates to spend time with family and friends.  Additional dates may apply.

Holiday Closures: Valentine's Day, Easter Sunday, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving,

Christmas and New Years.
