MATERNITY LEAVE: 10/1/19 - 12/31/19

No photography sessions will be scheduled during Maternity Leave.  I will be checking messages during this time and corresponding via email. Please feel free to email me at emcampe@yahoo.com and I will get back with you within 3-4 business days.

NEW HOURS EFFECTIVE 11/11/19:

EMbrace Photography has welcomed a new baby into our lives!  In order to take exceptional care of my clients and to provide prompt delivery of images, photo shoots will only be scheduled Thursday - Saturday until our infant starts daycare. I thank you for your understanding and look forward to continuing my career and love of photography with you and your families.  Special scheduling requests Monday-Wednesday may be granted if booked a minimum of 2 months in advance to allow time for me to schedule temporary childcare (only valid for full price packages).

PLEASE NOTE: Wedding Photography is booked 7 days per week, 3-12 months in advance.

Photography Session Policies & Procedures​

  • Please email to book your appointment a MINIMUM of 3 weeks in advance (6-8 weeks in advance for Saturdays).

  • Payment for photography sessions is due 2 weeks prior to your scheduled appointment. 

  • On location Photo Shoots within 15 miles of the EMbrace studio are free.  Locations outside of this radius will be subject to an additional trip charge.

  • Sessions of 2 or more people will be taken in one of EMbrace Photography's preferred outdoor locations.  The EMbrace home-based studio is only suitable for individual photography.

  • Photos will be returned to clients ~2 weeks post session.  Wedding photos will be returned ~6 weeks post wedding.

  • EMbrace Photography will own the copyright to all images taken in your photography session.

  • EMbrace Photography reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

 

CANCELLATION & RE-SCHEDULING POLICY: EMbrace aims to provide clients with the highest quality of service.  Your appointment is set aside especially for you.  If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, please give a minimum 48-hour notice so that other potential clients may have access to that time.  Should you fail to do so more than once, you may be liable for the payment of the scheduled appointment.  Thank you!

 

If you are more than 20 mintues late for your session, you may risk forfeiting your session and/or any refunds.

2019 CLOSURES & HOLIDAYS

EMbrace will be closed during the following holidays and dates to spend time with family and friends.  Additional dates may apply.

Holiday Closures: Valentine's Day, Easter Sunday, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving,

Christmas and New Years.  

Other 2019 Closures:  February 1-18, March 25-31, April 11-15, May 2-6, June 27 - July 4, August 30 - September 3, October 1 - November 11, November 27-30, December 22-Jan 1
